Follow-up prescriptions can be requested conveniently online or by email. For new symptoms or changes to your medication, a personal appointment is usually advisable.
Prescription orders
You can conveniently submit requests for repeat prescriptions via our website or by email. Provided that we have all necessary information and no further clarification is required, we will prepare your prescription for you as quickly as possible.
Please note that certain prescriptions may require prior consultation with a doctor or a current check-up.

Montag bis Freitag: 08:00 – 12:00 Uhr
Montag und Donnerstag: 13:30 – 16:30 Uhr
